I'm Vedant, co-founder & CTO of Thinkly AI.

Started a B2B drop-shipping business at 19 and scaled it to ₹8L in revenue. Released a mixtape during covid. Spent some time at Deloitte and then was the youngest founder's office hire at two startups. Started building Thinkly AI last year.

I played semi-pro basketball through my engineering years until covid ended that. I do still hoop on weekends. I started running seriously last year and finished the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026 in 4:36. Going again in 2027 to break sub 3:30.

Anyway, talking about Thinkly AI. We build presales/sales agents for real estate teams. We work exclusively with this sector, helping teams convert more from the leads they already have. We're running 20,000+ calls a day, seeing 30-40% MQL to SQL, and booking site visits for organisations like Runwal Enterprises, Stallions, Nynex Realty and others. We are onboarding new customers every other week.

10 years ago, running Meta ads for a real estate project was a joke. Nobody believed performance marketing would sell apartments. Today it's the only thing anyone does.

AI agents are that same curve, and we are building the company that owns it.

Because the next decade of real estate gets sold by agents that never miss a call.
