Very disappointed with @TVSMotorCompany. Yesterday, the regional manager called me, heard my issue, and asked me to send my address via WhatsApp, saying he'd see what could be done. After I sent it, my messages have gone unanswered. My scooty is still completely dead. Resolve it.

@MPPKVVCL I raised a complaint on 4 June regarding my electricity bill. Since then, I have visited the zone office, submitted a written application with proof, and your staff also verified my meter. Yet, my bill is still not corrected. N3478041491
field office confirmed that since Aug 2024, my bills have been generated using someone else's meter reading. Last week I ws informed tht my charge sheet had been prepared and the correction would be completed by Monday. Today is Friday, but there is still no update. @MPEBIndore
