And what might Sara Duterte presidency bring to the country (to answer Jimmy Bondoc)? An addiction to violence, to impunity, to unnecessary loss of lives. And that is an addiction this country cannot bear again.

To end this exhausting family drama, perhaps it’s time for Imee’s family to return to exile in Hawaii, and for the Dutertes to find their own exile in The Hague. Be gone, you two!
