I think it’s a calculated investment . Interest and principal is sufficient for both of them to claim IT exemption for next 10 yrs .They might live on a tight budget now but after 10 yrs they have an asset and meanwhile living in a gated community with good security and lifestyle. Personal i feel we need to use bank credit as much as we can for investments.
