If KRDCL isn’t delivering, fix the accountability or replace the agency and make it public the inefficiency of the agency.

Basic issues like desilting, asphalting roads, ensuring clean drains and managing traffic diversions at project site should be handled at the zone/field level, not wait for a ministerial inspection.

And if engineers aren’t empowered or qualified to address these issues on the ground, how are they executing works in the first place?

The Minister’s frustration is understandable but the real question is why the system needs ministerial intervention for routine work.
