Hmm not always. Respectfully and… In my humble opinion, I feel it is best to avoid people in survival mode at all costs, too much at stake. As majority of the time, if not all, they will only pull you down into that chaotic frequency. I feel it is best to love yourself enough to love those who are stable. Yet still have empathy to those who are not. However, maintaining distance to protect your peace and energy. 🤍
Loving someone who's in survival mode is not always easy. When they pull away, you need patience. When they feel unsafe, you need clear boundaries. When they unlearn fear and relearn trust, you need grace. They're not broken. They're healing. And your real love helps them stay.
I do not think I will ever truly and completely heal from the trauma she caused to me/my life but I do know karma is real. So for every piece of me and my life that she stole- I only use it to continue to evolve and grow. So mote it be. 3X3X3
