@maddieconqueso I highly doubt they will get rid of straws completely and you could still purchase them at stores, but I think places such as Starbucks are smart for moving away from them.

@maddieconqueso Oh no, I totally agree that it's a small part of the problem, but businesses getting rid of the majority of their straw use is still a good step in the right direction.

@maddieconqueso If someone NEEDS to use straws, honestly don't you think they would just be better off purchasing a reusable one and keeping it in their purse / car / etc? Just as though if anyone else has any other special needs they would bring along what they need to accommodate themselves.
