Many coaches like to stay in their comfort zone.
They pretend to be open, but only for information that does not make them uncomfortable.
Information that questions, or even falsifies their thinking, is ridiculed or simply ignored.
Just imagine players would act like that...

Last month I attended the FCE ProCourse with @raymondverheije at PSV Eindhoven. A demanding environment with a high learning culture gives high quality conversations about football and great feedback for improving further as a football coach. Top-level coach education!
På nyttårsaften ble det klart at jeg gikk 2022 i møte med ny klubb. Veldig klar for å gjøre mitt beste for å bidra til at @GrorudFotball skal nå sine mål i den kommende perioden.
Takk til Stabæk-akademiet for året jeg fikk der og god dialog og løsning når denne muligheten kom.
Etter seks år i @Readyfotball er nå tiden inne. Takk til alle i og rundt klubben som har bidratt til å gjøre disse årene til minneverdige, utfordrende og lærerike.
