Holiday VeggNOG
2 cups plant-based milk
1 cup cold water
1 cup dates (presoaked in warm water 20 minutes)
2 packs firm tofu
1 to 2 tsp of nutmeg
Very small pinch of clove (adjust to your liking)
Pinch of salt.
Blend all of the ingredients up in your blender of choice.
ENJOY!
