Rudest Phone Agent on @jetblue ever. I've been a Jetblue customer since 2004. The Jetblue booking system makes a mistake and I have to pay with hours of my time and dealing with a rude Service Representative! Now she tells me to talk to a supervisor it's 15 more minutes.

The @PFChangs in Ponce my hometown has always been a neat place for me to get a vegan meal. Today my birthday lunch was affected by 1 bad apple who happened to be in charge. Joshua said he could not substitute a sauce for one that was vegan. Supposedly he would be fired
