@NZXT your customer experience is terrible. Dealing with a return for well over 3 weeks and still nothing. If something breaks and has to be swapped, be prepared to be without a replacement kraken cooler for weeks. Top tier pricing, low tier service!

The only thing that works in this game is store transactions, but the fixes that the fans ask for, are simply being ignored. Anti-cheat is non existent (even while they promise improvement). DO NOT SPEND MONEY UNTIL THEY LISTEN!
