@XeroAPI @Xero I’v got a support ticket open, but it’s taking *way too long for you to resolve*. In the meantime, you’ve stopped our custom connections API integration, because of a failed credit card, but as far as I can see, you’ve not given me the ability to update it. 😬

@XeroAPI @Xero Thank you, but my issue is still not resolved and it feels like your support staff are in NZ, while I’m in a European timezone. This is getting critical and it seems to be a bug with accepting new cards on your Custom Connections API. Disappointed this is 5 days and not fixed..
