Words of a true patriot.
“Who suffers if you kill the environment? It's the poor. And whose duty is it to protect our people? It's the government. And when you make decisions based on business interests you have shirked your responsibility. You have lost the moral ascendancy…”
Sana may Senador na magsponsor ng Sierra Madre Law. Yung total ban lahat ng mining activity at every year may massive tree reforestation activity.
Feeling ko we were spared again because of our green shield.
The thing with the Slater Young and Monterrazas bashing last Tuesday was that for all the intensity of the bashing, there wasn't much media coverage on the actual floods it caused in nearby areas.
Good to see ABS-CBN giving a clear idea on the basis behind the anger.

Respectfully, you don’t start giving swimming lessons to a drowning man, sir. You save him first.
Why didn’t the LGUs stop them from building there in the first place? Common folk don’t know where they can or can’t build. I mean-look at Slater Young.
Pustahan, once we get through these typhoons, susunod naman ang heavy traffic during holiday season, and the. rotten transportation system, tapos poor classroom conditions during summer.
The cycle continues, Filipinos will move on, and no one will be held accountable yet again.
(1/2) Nadagdagan pa ang mga lugar na isinailalim sa Wind Signal No. 4 dahil sa Bagyong #UwanPH, base sa pinakahuling bulletin ng PAGASA 5 a.m. ngayong Linggo, Nov. 9, 2025.

This is what it’s all about.
A lot of underrated and affordable karinderyas and eateries in the Philippines deserve a Michelin recognition.

What's extraordinary about this story is the Israelis didn't even bother to remove evidence of execution - bound hands, blindfolds - before handing the bodies back.
Impunity.
Here’s an unedited video of us, reporters and cameramen — literally chasing Sarah Discaya, one of the figures in the alleged massive corruption of public funds, for today’s ICI hearing.
When I say na literal na naghahabol kami sa katotohanan araw-araw, I don’t even exaggerate.
This photo obtained by Rappler shows former senator Bong Revilla with contractors Curlee and Sarah Discaya. Note the Senate seal in the background and the Senate visitor tags on the Discayas' clothes. Rappler's source says the photo was likely taken in 2023 at Revilla's office. Revilla sought reelection in the 2025 midterm polls but failed to win a seat.
Revilla headed the Senate committee on public works in the 19th Congress. On Tuesday, September 23, he was tagged by dismissed DPWH Bulacan engineer Henry Alcantara as among high-ranking officials who received kickbacks from flood control projects.
