Now we’re at the gate at Austin-Bergstrom airport and there is a page over the systems for @SpiritAirlines rep to come to their own counter wow and flight is to leave at 12:50pm

@SpiritAirlines after a 7 hour delay only to cancel the flight to have it rebooked for 12:40pm 12 hours later I get offered a $50 voucher. For what exactly? The hotel was $189...shameful
