Jacob Wenske Could Face Up to 20 Years in Prison if Convicted on Two Terroristic Threat Felonies!

Jacob has been charged with making terroristic threats after allegedly posting online comments threatening violence against a local Turning Point USA event and conservative speaker Erika Kirk, per KSAT News.

Jacob Wenske, 26, of San Antonio, faces two separate third-degree felony counts of terroristic threat under Texas Penal Code § 22.07, specifically for alleged actions intended to impair public service, place the public or a substantial group in fear of serious bodily injury, and influence government activities.

The charges stem from an email sent in January 2026 from an account registered to him and Facebook comments posted in April 2026 on a public post promoting the Turning Point USA Women’s Leadership Summit.

If convicted on both counts, Wenske could face a maximum combined sentence of up to 20 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and fines totaling $20,000. Each individual count carries a statutory penalty range of two to ten years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000 per count.

Because the alleged threats occurred months apart using different platforms and wording, Texas law gives the judge broad discretion to order the sentences to run consecutively rather than concurrently, treating them as separate criminal episodes.

While this 20-year stacked maximum represents the statutory ceiling, consecutive sentencing is not automatic.

Many similar cases, particularly for first-time offenders with no prior criminal history, result in concurrent sentences, probation, or deferred adjudication depending on plea negotiations, evidence presented at sentencing, victim impact statements, and the court’s discretion.

Wenske remains in custody at the Bexar County Adult Detention Center on a combined $120,000 bond and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Dallas, TX: Explosion Rocks Oak Cliff Apartments, Massive Fire Erupts

At least four people were taken to area hospitals for treatment as emergency crews searched for any additional victims.

An explosion at a Dallas apartment complex in the Oak Cliff neighborhood triggered a massive fire Thursday afternoon, KHOU 11 News reported. Dallas Fire Rescue officials said the blast occurred just before 1 p.m. at a two-story building containing more than 20 apartments.

At least four people were taken to area hospitals for treatment as emergency crews searched for any additional victims inside the structure. Nearly 100 firefighters responded to the scene as flames ripped through the building. Residents described the force of the explosion, saying it “shook the complex, with upper floors collapsing into the apartments below.”

How dare Megyn Kelly drag Charlie Kirk’s name into this battle between the grifters and the true America First Coalition?

Megyn Kelly starts off on the Hodgetwins saying, “I don’t know. Yeah, that’s the biggest thing I’m having a tough time grasping is how does this happen now?” Then she has the nerve to invoke Charlie Kirk’s name whining, “when he died, I feel that America first died with Charlie that day.”

The Hodgetwins pile right on: “I know what you mean. I think actually like in retrospect it was MAGA that died.” They half-admit “America first is still there… we are living it,” but then twist the knife and claim “Trump has now defined MAGA to be you support Mark Levin or you.”

How dare Megyn Kelly drag Charlie Kirk’s name into this battle between the grifters and the true America First Coalition? It’s disgusting and it dishonors everything he stood for. Charlie wasn’t some martyr for your isolationist grievance party, he was a fighter for American sovereignty, and his legacy belongs to those of us still winning, not to you professional whiners who declare the movement dead the second it doesn’t follow your script.

Tucker Carlson’s rant, and it gets even worse. Tucker calls it “the saddest moment in a long time,” then declares “it’s obviously the death of MAGA, whatever that was” and “the end of the Republican party as we thought we knew it.”

Tucker keeps going: “The Republican party of right now bears absolutely no resemblance to the Republican party we thought we had just elected less than a year and a half ago. None at all. Its parties are completely different. Its slogans are completely different. It is not the same thing.”

This is the isolationist grievance party exposed.

The grifters are nothing but sore losers nursing their grudges and crying “MAGA is dead” because the real America First Coalition is alive, evolving, and delivering under Trump. They can’t handle that the fight isn’t over just because they lost control of the narrative.

True patriots aren’t sitting around declaring defeat but instead living America First every single day while these clowns wallow in manufactured despair.

Charlie Kirk would be ashamed of how they’re using his name to attack the very movement he helped build.
