These changes to the animals' natural behaviours have many health and welfare implications, such as increased stress, which according to @lauraelgriffin & @Bio_Bawan should be cause for concern.
So so so good to see this lil Endangered carnivore, Great Sundew (Drosera anglica), doing well at its @CheshireWT reintroduction site even in this extreme heat. Before it’s reintroduction in 2020, this gorgeous wee beastie had been extinct in Cheshire since the turn of WW1! 🥰🌱
