@NoahCRothman Your posts are always hard to decode. I can never tell how you truly feel about any given subject. Like you are only posting for your circle who get it already…
Hard not to view events through the lens that empire has turned inward with the federal government playing the role of increasingly paranoid colonial administrators alienated from and hostile to the local population.
Helene cuts a swath through a regressive imperial backwater,…
@JoshuaTCharles Can you recommend books that helped you understand the role of the church or what church should look like as Christ intended? Doing a book club with other Protestants and yet I’m very drawn to the Catholic Church and would to love read something you recommend.
I'm speaking at SUNY Cortland tonight. This is a flier hung in the women's bathroom
"Ignore the threat of men, ladies.
Don’t worry if a guy follows you into a bathroom. Abandon your instincts that something is off. Loosen your boundaries, stay quiet, & take your pants off."
“Feminists” who are super mad Margot Robbie got “cheated” by The Man out of her Barbie Oscar but couldn’t care less that @Riley_Gaines_ got cheated out of her NCAA medal by the man Lia Thomas. (Etc)
Claudine Gay has no one to blame but herself. She chose to easy path of plagiarism—almost 50 times—over the hard path of writing original prose. It’s a pattern of serious fraud. Plain and simple.
This moment is a useful litmus test. Anyone who is blaming Gay’s resignation on other factors—e.g., right-wingers or racism—is nuts and can safely be ignored for the rest of time.
The war will end when the party which began the war surrenders, and releases its military and civilian hostages.
This rule of war is roughly 3,000 years old. As usual, what we see here is po-mo leftists trying to "queer" or "problematize" an utterly uncomplicated situation: Country A attacked Country B, and Country B declared war.
I am again reminding you that Hamas started the war, by gang-raping x murdering 1,400 people (and beheading babies), and the bog-standard military response is not a "genocide."
In the summer of 2020, the @nytimes was plunged into a moral crisis after an oped by @TomCottonAR. Hundreds of journalists said the piece put their lives in danger. The opinion editor was pushed out. Others were smeared or demoted.
Compare that to this week. Paper publishes Hamas PR and employs a Hitler fan. Riots break out around the world. There has been no public letter, no firings--nothing.

This is a really important point, and why I keep Israel-poasting.
Imagine that 9/11 had been followed by massive pro-Al-Quaeda marches in every major Western country, including USA.
@BridgetPhetasy I think we might already be seeing it with these weird reels that stream very intimate ( tho still probably curated) moments (crying in front of the camera while captions reveals something crazy personal) The ones that strike a nerve gain massive following and influencing power.
@VivekGRamaswamy As someone who has a lot to say about bio men in women’s sports…. You should consider showing up to a @NWSL or another women’s game. Would be very impactful to show support in that way too.
