@shoppersstop Pathetic experience dealing with the Grievance Manager of Shoppers Stop Mr. Vikki Choudhury and customer service executive Ms Neha Mahatukde. Still no resolution to my problem & grievance after a period of over 1month.

@shoppersstop ordered a VIP hard suitcase Trolley with a 5years warranty was delivered a substandard product with a 3years warranty. CRM 06474654, more than 2weeks but still no resolution.
@IndiaPostOffice As per your reply the article no. CM089903769IN was delivered on 16/11/2021 at 1651 hours to the addressee, ie after 5 days. Kindly share proof of receipt by the addresse. As the article contains examination papers
