1/6 Extremely disappointed with @IFB. I purchased a new IFB AC on 16 Aug 2026, installed on 19 Aug, and within just 3–4 days (23 Aug) it developed an issue and stopped cooling properly. A brand-new AC failing within days is unacceptable. 🧵

@iFB @IFBAppliances 5/6 Today (7 Sep), I was informed that the motor has still not been received. I still don't have a clear status or reliable timeline. Repeated follow-ups, changing commitments and no resolution for a brand-new AC — extremely frustrating.

@iFB @IFBAppliances 4/6 But on 28 Aug, the Area Manager said it would take around 9 days. Last Thursday, I was again assured that the motor would arrive by Monday, 7 Sep, and it would be replaced.

@iFB @IFBAppliances 3/6 After inspection, the technician informed me that the outdoor unit fan motor was faulty and needed replacement. Initially, I was told the motor would be ordered and received within 3 days.

@iFB @IFBAppliances 2/6 I even installed a double-booster stabilizer to protect the AC from voltage fluctuations. I raised a service request immediately, but the technician visited only on 27 Aug, after multiple follow-ups with Customer Care and the Area Manager.

Avoid @nobrokercom! Scheduled a move for 12 PM today, but NO partner assigned. Total stress! Luckily Five Star Packers stepped in at 12:30 PM & finished by 3 PM. Why use NoBroker if local services are better? 🤮 @NoBrokerCare #NoBrokerScam #BadService #PackersAndMovers
