If my onward journey was delayed by an hour with @chilternrailway, my return journey with them seems to be equally cursed with the same delays. Guess these railway operators don’t value people’s time. #badcustomerservice
@airindia@AirIndiaX@airindia ground staff manager at MAA Srinivasan was equally rude and condescending when I asked him to negotiate a separate check in option with @AirIndiaX for code share passengers. Your ground staff has now made me reconsider flying with you again.
@airindia - if you can’t issue a boarding pass for @AirIndiaX please don’t sell your tickets online. Waiting in a long queue talking to a rude customer support executive Shaju (Chennai airport).
@airindia Thank you! But I’ve had a disappointing experience with your staff who simply could not get my feedback. @AirIndiaX ground staff at MAA Shaju or Sanju was rude and impolite. He asked me to cancel the booking and rebook.
@Portronics - purchased a keyboard and mouse on 1st of July on Blinkit. Keyboard is working but the mouse seems to frustrate me as it often gets stuck. It's only been 2 months old to bin it. That's quality below par.

@WestMidRailway I appreciate your response and frankly I’m touched that you still choose to work as opposed to your irresponsible colleagues. But I’m losing my money and time over this service. I’m sure my 12 year old can run this service better than your colleagues.
@WestMidRailway this is frustrating..for the second day in a row you’re cancelling the 9pm service to Kenilworth without proper reason..are you even answerable to anyone.
@WestMidRailway I had the 7:47 service from Kenilworth to Coventry cancelled this morning and ended paying 14£ for Uber. Who’s going to compensate me for your service failure?
@WestMidRailway this is easily one of the worst train companies that I ever had to deal with. No proper response and frankly no accountability. Why are you cancelling at the last minute???
@WestMidRailway Been wait here for a long time now to realise that there won’t be any replacement service until 10 at least. You don’t buy a train ticket to go on a TAXI.
@WestMidRailway your rail replacement service is better than being on the foot. Why make people buy tickets when you can’t deliver. Stuck in Coventry for a long time now. Frustrating levels of service.
@WestMidRailway This is really frustrating. I should’ve taken the 9pm train from Coventry to Kenilworth. Replacement service is yet to arrive. I’ve been asked to go back and forth between the train station and the bus stop.
