A deadly road (big hole filed with rainwater) damage on the road linking ECR to Sholinganallur, road near Indian Bank-Sholinganallur. Ready for a fatal (many such roads in Chennai) accident soon.

@chennaicorp @CHN_Metro_Water Please consider this as not a one time issue. There is a flaw in the drain system and this issue will reappear somewhere else once this is fixed. Needs a design relook. Else we are getting into an endemic outbreak soon. #chennaiite

@chennaicorp this is the state of drainage in 5th Trust Cross Street, Mandavelipakkam, Chennai-28; not just this street, there seems a flaw in the entire storm water drains system. Whenever it rains in Chennai, stormwater gets drained; sewage lines get choked& overflows.

Delighted to speak at the 'Discover 2025: Toastmasters District Conference' in Chennai, joining over 700 expert public speakers. Drawing from my journey—from Wall Street to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly—I reflected on the power and responsibility of public speaking in today’s digital age, emphasizing on the need for thoughtful communication.

I also shared two core principles at the heart of all meaningful communication. First, the importance of a common language and shared understanding—a shared culture, history, and values. Without this, connection is impossible. Second, I’ve come to believe that human relationships thrive on telling and listening to stories—and listening is as important as telling.

Ultimately, the ability to speak at the right time, in the right place, with the right message is a skill we must all cultivate. Let us speak with purpose and empathy. Our ability to connect, persuade, and lead depends not just on the message, but on the meaning behind it.

@airvistara and @DelhiAirport are we paying convenience fee for such horrible experience? All corporates talk about empathy on papers but nothing on action. At least an empathetic response is what customers need. Where you both failed miserably.

Ruthless customer service by @DelhiAirport and @airvistara . I had transit flight from chandigarh through Delhi to Chennai. I was accompanied by 2 senior citizens who are agreed more than 70 years. We had to literally run from gate 26 to gate 50.

No vehicle support and when I requested drivers they gave summer useless reasons. Further I requested Vistara ground start for help. He ruthlessly relief it is not their job but airport's. I brought this to manager in charge of boarding and he also replied the same with no humane

@clubmahindra, I became member last month. Since then I tried n times to call customer care but didn't succeed even once. Sales rep, who called me 7 times in 2 days before member enrollment, is not responding now. @anandmahindra Sir, unexpected of a professional organization!
