@airvistara , we had a fully valid ticket and was denied boarding to Muscat at Mumbai airport on 28th, February, 2024 . Despite the airline sending us repeated reminders to check in for the flight and we being ahead of time . Have raised a complaint with tracking no 19170878 .

@askflydubai has come back to say that though it is completely their mess up and inability to maintain flyable planes they will deduct 50% of the fare paid. Isnt this audacity ?. Lets say no to flying flydubai Thats the only way these airlines will learn a lesson.

@flydubai . Distressed at the rock bottom level of customer service

Flt FZ046 did not take off from muscat to dubai all passengers were offloaded after boarding and was left high and dry in transit area for hours .No one from flydubai came to meet us and take charge .
