Mehnat karna achi baat hai lekin the efffort to reward ratio for a founder is 100x vs employees ke liye it is just the salary or some ESOPSs

So the leaders should never expect their team to work this much hard since legacy companies are built in years aur zyada tez tez bhaagne se degrowth aajati hai instead of growth.
