@nothing@nothingindia , I was simply told to come back if the problem happens again.
A product just 25 days old shouldn't require customers to spend 6 hours proving a battery issue only to be dismissed.
Extremely disappointed with Nothing's after sales service.
Never buying a Nothing product again.
Absolutely terrible after sales service from Nothing Exclusive Service Centre, Koramangala, Bangalore
Bought CMF Buds 2 Plus just 25 days ago. The right earbud started draining significantly faster than the left.
What followed was a complete waste of my day. 🧵
@nothing@nothingindia I was told that it is "completely normal" for the right earbud to drain faster and that Nothing earbuds provide only around 2.5 hours of battery backup.
That is contradictory to Nothing's own advertised battery claims.
After spending my entire day at the service centre
Hey @SwiggyCares, @instamart_it
I ordered a papaya advertised as 1 kg but received one that was nowhere close to the mentioned weight. I raised the issue immediately and your support team reviewed the images and explicitly offered a refund of ₹55. I selected "I want a Refund."
Now, after failing to process the refund, your team is claiming that the claim window has expired. How can a claim suddenly become invalid after it was already accepted and a refund was approved?
@vgupta2177@TheVivekSinghal His green flag stocks never return back to the old price. Check his track record. 90% of his recommendation ends up in 50 to 60% losses.
@abi_varghese@TheVivekSinghal@TheVivekSinghal Singhal has been doing this for many years. He doesn't care about management's honesty or integrity . Singhal just reads book value, PE and posts that stock looks attractive. people blindly buy that and get stuck in stocks like Rajesh Export, Coffee Day, Samman.
