@teensunite@romankemp I can also vouch for @teensunite and @romankemp A fantastic local charity who are very close to our hearts and do fantastic work in our local communities.
Please, never give up.
Everything will be ok as feelings arenโt not always rational.
Anxiety is not dangerous, itโs just so bloody uncomfortable.
Just take those deep breaths and keep on going. ๐

This morning we had the absolute pleasure of waving off the @LejogMatt team as they head to Lands End for the start of their challenge.
Over the next 10 days, they'll be cycling just short of 1,000 miles up to John O'Groats, on the opposite end of the UK! Good luck team ๐๐
First thing this morning is to wave these heroes off on their 1000 mile Charity Bike Ride. Amazing fellas - absolute heroes. @LejogMat @SharkeySharp@teensunite

This week we begin our 980 mile, 9 day challenge riding from Lands End to John O Groats in aid of the House of Teens Unite. Please donate even the smallest of amounts to help us make a difference

Wow - thank you SO much to the amazing West End Performers and the incredible Southbound and The Travelling Ding Dangs for rocking The Spotlight Last night for the Mayors Charities.
Thank you also to the many friends and family who attended, and to everyone who made it happen.
An honour for @HertsEssexSams to stand alongside #Broxbourne mayor @SteveWortley as he promotes a fundraiser for his other charity @teensunite, which does wonderful work helping young people with a cancer diagnosis.
These AMAZING fellas are โstatic bike ridingโ today for @LejogMatt at @Tesco Brookfield Farm.
The heat is ON so if youโre popping down then perhaps pop a coin or two in their tins.
Brilliant support again from. @HertsEssexSams
A moment of your time if I may.
An old close friend of mine Kevin Claxton is doing an amazing thing in a few weeks time.
He is riding Lands End to John O'Groats - 1,000 miles through 3 Countries over 10 days for a friend of ours Ian Sharp who sadly lost his son Matt to cancer.
Honoured to support this amazing Team of 4 crazies, attempting the Lands End to John OโGroats Bike Ride for @teensunite
Thousands raised today for a brilliant cause.
Keep going fellas - youโre incredible.
