@JioCare This was supposed to be resolved already...... But no engineer visited me. I called the engineer(today 2:45pm) who installed the device in my house- he forwarded the call and the other engineer told me Issue cannot be solved

@JioCare A service request will not help. MyJio application doesn't let me request a service and the service request you issue- no one responds to it. I want a refund and you may call me regarding my problem to verify it

@JioCare This is my LAN speed. Your agent convinced me to buy a 100mbps AirFiber plan for 1500 rupees (2 mon). Even the engineer took a tip for installation and promised 100mbps.
I WFH and with this speed I cant even attend meetings.
Thankfully, the Customer Service is shit too!!
