“Nara-unni watched every single episode from Season 1. She told me she loved this show so much. She even said she wanted to appear as a passing pedestrian (laughs)”

“I mentioned it during a meal gathering for Season 3, and the director and staff were really happy about it. I conveyed the idea, but I never imagined they'd give her such a ruthless villain role. One day, she told me she got a call from ‘Model Taxi’. She worried until the episode aired. She fretted about what if she ruined the show, or what if she looked too kind. I went to the set to cheer her on, and on the day her character was executed (laughs), I went to my sister's place to watch it live while eating tteokbokki. She was trembling the whole time we watched. After it ended, she kept saying, ‘Am I crazy?’, ‘What am I going to do?’ So I asked what she was worried about and told her: ‘(The character) deserved to die.’

“I was so grateful that she decided to take on such a challenging role and appear in the show. I never doubted her acting ability since she's such a talented performer, I knew she could do it well, but seeing those twisted, creepy expressions of a deranged person was truly terrifying.”
