@NewstalkZB Very easy to say yes to this. Though, as a kiwi and tourism business owner. It’s not the operators fault, it’s the industry. Nobody sees all the commissions that go offshore. 10, 20, 30%! And kiwis generally don’t like paying for for customer service, more a DIY mentality.
