@TideBanking We have now moved into a new month and still, my money is missing. You are putting me into an impossible situation. I really don't want to take action against you but you are giving no choice. @OliverPrill
@TideBanking I am a Tide customer. One of my customers paid me GBP1022 on 5th April but it has not shown on my account. I alerted customer support a week ago - but they don't seem interested. Who can I talk to? I am worried I have been scammed
@TideBanking Very disappointed not to have heard anything to back up yesterday's anodyne message from your support team. If you really want the market share you purport to be after, you will have to do better than this. Is there anyone there? @OliverPrill
@TideBanking Thank you but I think that is where the problem is. What it looks like is that you use a clearinghouse and they have lost my money. You are waiting for them to rectify the error and are unable to complete the transaction. You need to keep your customers away from this stuff.
@TideBanking Thankyou. I have been trying to get an answer for over a week now and was starting to suspect the worst. It was my first invoice with a new customer and it has been quite embarrassing asking them for additional proofs of payment.

Hi I turned up to one of your network breakfasts yesterday at the Nutfield Priory but but there was no-one there. Can you shed any light on this? @4NSEC
