@BankMuscat Please educate your staff particularly the Retail Banking on Consumer Protection laws on Financial matters. @CentralBank_OM issued the FCPRF pillars to protect the consumer rights. Feedback department closes customer complaints just for sake of SLA. Comp ID 2707570.

@airvistara Pathetic 😡😡 Customer experience with Air Vistara. For a passenger with a fractured foot, airline staff not accepting a medical report signed by a MBBS doctor also a radiologist. As per airline staff, they don’t accept a radiologist consultant who is also a MBBS.

Night musing: @RahulGandhi firm stand against hate politics and his focus on a more empathetic inclusive India deserves to be applauded. But when the same Rahul Gandhi starts questioning the caste identity of those who are the country’s budget makers, then you wonder if he is carrying identity politics into a non-serious realm. @AskAnshul Piling up of cases in courts due to these vacations means that the criminals, fraudsters and rapists know it will take ages before a judgement is delivered and they get a bail to enjoy the life after committing all illegal activities.

@AskAnshul The judges will attend to urgent political cases even at midnight as we have seen in past while the case papers of general public gathers dust in the courtrooms. None of the governments BJP or Congress has bothered about pending cases in courts.
