You spend enough time around a hospital and you start noticing what actually matters.

It’s never just the building, the infrastructure, or the rankings.

It’s the doctor who remembers your name on the second visit.
The doctor who notices when you are more worried than you are letting on, and addresses that before anything else.
The doctor who stays a few minutes longer than the schedule allows, because the schedule does not always account for a person who is scared.

As someone associated with @Utkal_Hospital , I have come to value this even more deeply. Hospitals are built with systems, teams, and infrastructure -  but trust is built by doctors who show up with skill, patience, compassion, and quiet commitment every single day.

None of this may fully show up in a hospital’s credentials, but it is the part patients and their families actually remember.

Grateful, today and always, for the doctors who carry both science and humanity in everything they do.

There's a moment from my visit to Snehadhara Foundation I keep coming back to.

A child being completely himself. Loud, messy, joyful. Nobody asked him to be anything else.

It got me thinking about how often we ask children with disabilities to be easier to deal with, instead of just letting them be who they are. Snehadhara doesn't ask that of them. And for parents, that shows up in a different way too. Gitanjali and her team are quietly building independence in these kids, the kind that lets a parent breathe a little easier about tomorrow.

That's exactly why Saksham Saathi exists, to back more places like this.

One program is not enough to build this.

It takes years. Decades even. Of training, skilling, creating livelihoods, opening up access and opportunity for people who did not have it before.

Samarthanam Trust has been at it for thirty years. When you walk in there, you just feel it. I did not expect to leave feeling as moved, as inspired, as full as I did.

Everyone who is Saksham just needs a Saathi walking alongside them.

We built @ePayRent_INDIA during COVID for exactly this - rent collection was a real problem during lockdowns. Had to pause it because putting landlords and tenants on shaky ground wasn't something we were willing to do. Always believed the right answer was compliant infrastructure, not workarounds. Good to see the industry land there eventually.

One of the things I admire about Keerthi is that when something matters to her, she doesn’t just talk about it.

She acts on it.

She donated her hair for cancer patients, choosing to support a cause that can make a difference in someone’s journey.

For many cancer warriors, hair loss is one of the toughest parts of treatment. A hair donation may seem simple, but it can help someone regain confidence during a difficult time.

We often talk about impact in terms of numbers and scale. But some of the most meaningful contributions happen quietly, through small acts of kindness.

I am proud of her for taking this step and grateful to Mamta Care Charitable Trust for making such initiatives possible.

Sometimes, what seems small to us can mean so much to someone else.

Today’s unveiling of the Statue of Sacrifice in Amaravati is a deeply moving tribute to Amarajeevi Potti Sriramulu garu.

His 58-day fast was an act of extraordinary courage and conviction that gave voice to the hopes of the Telugu people and changed the course of our history.

The statue now stands as a reminder of what one person’s belief and sacrifice can mean for generations to come.
