Looks like my RO unit is taking too long to reach me, share the location, I'll come pick up, but wait I'm scared I'll wait 48 hours to get the reply and another 48 hours for the location. But I wonder what is happening, is the RO being hand made? @LivpureSmart

@LivpureSmart I subscribed for an unlimited plan on Jan 31st, KYC got approved the same day, was told installation shall happen in 48 hours

I waited for 2 more days and reached out on Feb 5th, I got an apology again saying it is escalated to highest level and it will be installed withing 48 hours @LivpureSmart

@LivpureSmart I got a sms saying my RO unit is out for delivery and got an OTP, I was hopeful this time, after seeing the OTP, but the RO didn't come, instead I got the same sms today that my RO unit is out for delivery
