In India, if 1 wants to lead RW/Hindutva, he has to ALWAYS be prepared for a public scrutiny on 5 things:-
1)Woman
2)Monetary aspects
3)Professional credentials
4)Legal issues
4)Personal Habits & Track record
I am ready for a public scrutiny. Let's clean up RW.
Finally, someone raised their voice for the GC 🚨
- This is Indian actress Trisha Chaudhary
- She posted against reservation
- She said "It's funny to talk about fair competition when there is 50% reservation"
- It really takes guts to take a stand for the general category these days
- But after receiving too many hateful messages in her DMs, she removed the story
- CJP and its bots have really taken over Instagram. They aren't even sparing celebrities
Anyways, she is the real queen. I hope more people speak up for the general category 🙏
Dear students... Don't spare Sai Deepak - he gave maximum cover to Modi and the rotten BJP govt by diverting you into Coloniality , Age of Empires and minted money. He said we need to "free temples" , 12 yrs not one temple was freed by Modi.
[1990] The Anti-Mandal Agitation where 200 Students across the country commited Self-Immolation, and 62 Succumbed to their Injuries
On 7 August 1990, the National Front government declared that it would provide 27 per cent reservations for jobs in central services and public undertakings. This was Prime Minister V.P. Singh's implementation of the Mandal Commission recommendations.
On 19 September 1990, Rajiv Goswami, a student of Deshbandhu College, Delhi, attempted self-immolation in protest of the government's actions. His act made him the face of the Anti-Mandal agitation then.
This further sparked a series of self-immolations by other college students like him, whose own hopes of getting a government job were now at threat, and led to a formidable student movement against job reservations in India.
Altogether, nearly 200 students committed self-immolations; of these, 62 students succumbed to their burns, of which 140 were Boys and 60 were Girls.
WHEN WILL I END THE FAST….!
Not withstanding my health my fast continues till after the Sansad Chalo March, and will be broken only under the following circumstances…
I have phoned the PM residence this morning to try one last time for postponing NEET/JEE exams beyond Deepavali. The office secretary said that he will call back. If that happens I will inform the students.
If our Modi Government goes through imposing the NEET/JEE exam now it will be the giant mistake like Nasbandi in 1976 that caused the undoing of Indira government in 1977. Indian voters may suffer silently but have long memories.
A Tale Of Two Parikramas
Four days ago, I was circumambulating the sacred Mount Kailas, in the thin, cold air of Tibet. Yesterday, I was in the heat and humidity of Tamil Nadu, circumambulating the sacred Arunachala hill in Thiruvannamalai.
North and south, ice and fire, distance and nearness. The symbolism of the two Parikramas is almost too neat to be an accident, and yet nothing about the either Kora was actively engineered by me. I just grabbed the chance that came my way with both hands.
I walked around one mountain in freezing wind and around the other in humid heat within one week, and both times I was walking around the same God.
Two mountains, two elements, two opposing directions on the compass. But at the center of both, one unmoving reality. Bhagwan Shiv himself.
The Puranas speak in dualities because dualities are what the mind can hold. Snow and fire. North and south. Stillness and burning. But circumambulate long enough, and the two mountains stop being two. They become a single teaching walked twice, in two locations, by two feet, in one week!
As the Tamil month of Aadi begins, we celebrate the feminine—the nurturing and the courageous. May the Divine Mother fill our lives and this world with love, strength, and grace. Happy Aadi!
