4.) while in bed this is the important part !! get a warmie or heating pad or anything hot and use that to massage your stomach in a clockwise circle ! go from slow to fast and that’ll really help debloat !! works like a charm

@bunniedwll ppl are so stupid, CICO, cals in cals out. if you eat less than you burn YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT even if you burn exactly 2k cals and eat 1900 you will lose weight
@bunniedwll genuinely i think all the ppl that are like “i dont follow u unless ur under bmi whatever” are 100% not under the bmi they choose, and besides an ED and an ED at any weight ? if you have ana you dont just magically wake up 30lbs lighter
extra rules !!
1.) on holidays cal limit is 1000
2.) drink 2-3 propels a day for electrolytes and vitamins
3.) never forget your mantra “let yourself be skinny” ik it’s probably cringe but it helps
activity rules !!
1.) minimum 7k steps, get at least 3k before any food
2.) steps depend on my energy level, im not gonna push if i dont have the energy
3.) start walking at within at most 45 mins of waking up
4.) if nobody is home sing while pacing. it burns extra cals
