@MyLordBebo Technically, you have a minimum living expense you must be left with, so the court can only say you need to pay what is left on top of that. Hence you still get your monthly salary, just with deductions. You then pay for several months instead, unless your salary is high enough.

@txgermanbre Germany is very “German”, everything is designed from the inside, but often there is not enough concern for what happens when things arrive from the outside. Very inflexible unfortunately but it's always good to deeply check all the cases, usually there is some archaic option.
