When the meeting ends, everyone says “got it.”
A few days later, someone asks: “Wait, who was supposed to handle this?”
Meeting notes are useful. But what really matters is knowing what needs to happen next.
Most meeting tasks get forgotten for one simple reason: nobody leaves knowing exactly who is doing what.
Before the meeting ends, make sure each task has:
1. What needs to be done
2. Who will do it
3. When it should be done
That small step can save a lot of confusion later.
Meetings create decisions, ideas, tasks, and deadlines.
Then the call ends, and someone still has to reread the notes, find the actual work, assign it, and copy it into @Jira or @asana.
We’re building Verbels to reduce that admin work.
Meetings should produce action.
