Vercom accelerates growth in Q1 2026, driven by faster customer acquisition powered by AI

Q1 confirms that the strategies we highlighted in our annual results are now translating into financial performance. Growing AI adoption is fuelling faster customer acquisition, while an improved customer journey is driving stronger monetization. We remain on track to deliver PLN 165m EBITDA in 2026.
Key Q1 2026 metrics:
▪️PLN 70m Gross Profit (+19% YoY)
▪️PLN 35m Adjusted EBITDA (+21% YoY)
▪️PLN 26m Adjusted Net Profit (+23% YoY)
▪️+33,200 net paying customer adds (+34% YoY)
AI is increasingly reshaping how customers discover, adopt, and scale communication services. New registrations in MailerLite grew by 34% YoY, while MCP usage - which allows MailerLite users to perform operations directly from popular AI tools - nearly tripled to almost 300k daily queries.
For our MessageFlow brand, we have also established direct partnerships with Meta (WhatsApp) and Rakuten (Viber). Combined with the launch of our RCS API, these initiatives expand MessageFlow's capabilities in conversational messaging.
This means that both of our segments - SME and Enterprise - are expanding their offering and are well positioned to benefit from the AI revolution, with the benefits already visible in our Q1 numbers.

🍾 We’re celebrating the 5th anniversary of our IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
Five years ago, in May 2021, we went public on the WSE. Since then, we’ve grown into a global CPaaS platform. Along the way, we joined the sWIG80 in March 2022 and, three years later, moved up to the mWIG40.
Including the upcoming 2025 dividend, Vercom will have returned 108% of the capital raised in the IPO to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks, meaning we have already returned more than we originally raised in just five years as a public company.
We continue to raise the bar. With AI opening a new chapter in digital communication, we see a strong opportunity to accelerate growth further. Our ambition is clear: PLN 300 million EBITDA by 2028, driven by organic growth, strategic M&A, and the growing role of AI across our products and operations.

Erste Group has raised Vercom’s target price to PLN 153, implying nearly 21% upside potential!
The analyst highlights several AI-driven advantages already implemented by Vercom:

We continued to grow organically, reaching 123,000 paying customers (+30% YoY). Combined with effective upselling, this resulted in a strong 116% Net Expansion Rate. Rising demand for RCS and OTT confirms the shift toward conversational messaging — a trend set to accelerate further with AI, driving higher interaction volumes across modern channels.
High cost discipline and consistent scaling allowed us to fully capture operating leverage in 2025. Efficiency gains were particularly visible in the SME segment, where revenue per FTE increased by 35% YoY — driven by our systematic implementation of AI across key areas of the business.
