3 haftadır telefon, e-posta ve geri bildirim formları ile ugrastırılıyorum.Kimlik, banka bilgileri, dekontlar... Her defasında başka bir belge isteniyor.

Böyle basit bir iade sürecini bile yönetemeyen bir müşteri hizmetleri sistemiyle karşılaşacağımı düşünmezdim.

Parayı tahsil etmek dakikalar sürdü, iade etmek ise haftalardır becerilemiyor.

Öncelikle Nasuh Mahruki’nin eşi, Bilge ve Barlas’ın annesi olarak tüm ailem adına bizlere verdiğiniz büyük destek için minnettarlığımı iletmek istiyorum.

Bu zorlu süreçte bizleri arayan, ziyarete gelen, iyi dileklerini ve dualarını eksik etmeyen herkese sonsuz teşekkürler. Sizlerin sayesinde kendimizi çok daha iyi hissediyoruz.

Tüm yaşamı boyunca insanı yaşatmayı her şeyin önüne koymuş olan Nasuh’un bu süreci sizlerin desteğiyle daha kolay atlatacağına inanıyorum.

Canım eşim Nasuh ile haftada bir saat kapalı görüşümüz ve telefonla 10 dakika konuşma hakkımız var. Bizim gibi birlikte çalışan, birlikte sosyalleşen ve gün boyu neredeyse hiç ayrılmayan bir aile için çok zor bir süreç.

Yaptığımız ilk görüşmede sizlerin desteğini, ilgisini, selamını ilettim. Nasuh kendisine destek olan herkese teşekkürlerini iletti. Yaşanılanların bir süreç olduğunu; motivasyonunun yüksek olduğunu söyledi. Suç teşkil edecek hiçbir niyet, eylem ve söyleminin olmadığını, yargıya olan güvenini korumaya devam ettiğini dile getirdi.

Sizler yıllardır kişisel tecrübelerinizle Nasuh’un nasıl biri olduğuna yakından tanıksınız. Hayatını toplumsal dayanışma, gönüllülük, hoşgörüye adamış, ülkemize ve insanımıza değer katma amacıyla çalışan bu cesur ve iyi yürekli insanı, şu an yaşadıklarımızla yan yana getiremediğinize eminim.  

Vatanını, bayrağını herkesten ve her şeyden önde tutan sevgili eşimle ve yaptıklarıyla ben ve çocuklarım da gurur duyuyoruz.

Bizleri tanıyan ve tanımayan herkesten gelen destek bizlere güç katıyor ve adaletin tecelli edeceğine olan inancımızı pekiştiriyor.

İnanıyorum ki, ülkenin en umutsuz ve acılı zamanlarında, umudun ve vicdanın yüzü olmuş Nasuh Mahruki hepimizle en kısa zamanda tekrar buluşacak.
