Insurance renewal time. Any recommendations for classic/sportscars? Comparison sites throwing out some fairly cheap options, but not specialists obviously. Anyone insured their wknd toy with Aviva?
Pic for attention
@A1GOY@TheAA_UK Mine is through my insurance but it’s @AXAAssistanceUK that provide the cover. Considering just how many times it has failed to proceed, they have consistently been excellent at taking it to @BobHoughtonLtd for me 😂
Behind every amazing car is an equally amazing team.
Last night the Polestar 4 and the design team stole the spotlight at CDN People Awards.
After receiving the highest number of first place votes, we proudly present Polestar 4 as the Production Car Design of the Year!

Advert is now live on @PistonHeads. Probably the cheapest running petrol 9-5 Aero in the UK. Massive history, great runner, nice spec, 12 months MOT, two keys, huge (literally, it’s 5,008mm long) amount of car for the money.

Too cold to be washing cars? The ice on the panels as I dried it says yes. But this Saab needs to go up for sale so fresh pics tomorrow and then advert live. Come and get it you #Saab fanciers
2.0 Turbo4 Aero auto BTW
@Chris_Pickering Thank you, but it’s really not. Lots of slight nicks and scratches in the leather tbh. All I’ve done is clean it, bur at somepoint I’ll need to touch it up with some dye
@Andrew_Frankel@Graeme_Lambert @_theintercooler @collectingcars_ Yes, not the first 100k miler to only reach that level at auction over the last few months. Seems even the Ferrari GTs suffer from big miles when it comes to values…
Though from memory this one didn’t have an MOT at time of listing (not sure if it had one this week)
@Exeter_Hour @Pietro_Panarisi Superb is a hell of an all rounder though. Maybe this Superb - for when the Lab wants to come along too (she’d prefer it to being in the Saab’s footwell) - and the 456 when it’s less about load lugging and just enjoying the drive? Not a bad two car, green over tan, garage IMO
