Market making for HAR–USDC goes live at 11AM UTC Dec 18 - powered by @tread_fi
Early MMs who support liquidity on day one will be eligible for:
- 500,000 $HAR rewards from Harmonix
- 6× additional TREAD points from @tread_fi
Rules:
- Duration: 1 month from TGE
- Per wallet minimum: $1,000 trading volume to be counted
- Reward share is volume-weighted (more volume = larger share)
To run a MM bot on the HAR–USDC pair:
- Fund your Hyperliquid spot wallet with equal amounts of HAR and USDC
- Select the HAR–USDC market inside TreadFi
- Set your bot volume to match your combined HAR + USDC balance
This initiative is built for retail MMs who want to help stabilize early liquidity and participate in HAR’s first chapter.
I'm not trying to be overly dramatic but...
If you are running a B2C SaaS and ignoring all the free traffic + sales you can be getting from ChatGPT and Google you are in for a rough 2026.
Seriously.
Every month I see founders leaving anywhere from $20K to $50K in MRR on the table because their SEO and AI Search Optimization strategy is totally misaligned with search today.
Let’s fix that right now.
And if you want 3 low key cheat codes for landing B2C SaaS sales from ChatGPT in 30 to 60 days, just Follow, RT, and Comment “B2C SaaS Guide” and I will DM you.
You must do all 3 for the DM.
Let’s start with the new reality of how people look for stuff now.
Your customers are not typing your brand name into Google anymore.
They are asking AI tools questions like:
“best app to schedule fitness clients”
“easiest way to invoice tutoring students”
“how to track sales for my Etsy shop”
“cheap CRM for a one person business”
“time tracking tool for freelancers”
These questions show up inside:
Google AI Overviews
ChatGPT
Perplexity
Gemini
Bing
If you are not appearing inside those answer boxes, your competitor is collecting the sign ups.
To battle this, you need to start with intent driven keyword data that mirrors actual AI queries.
The best sources right now:
SEO Stuff's Keyword Explorer with the AI Overview visibility filter
Reddit threads and TikTok comments for exact phrasing
G2 and Capterra review mining for feature based opportunities
Filters that work consistently:
Keyword Difficulty under 30
Volume between 100 and 1000
CPC above 2 dollars
Intent modifiers like for, with, to help, best, simple, affordable
These are the exact filters that map directly to both search engines and AI recommendations.
Now let’s talk landing pages.
Every core feature and every core use case needs its own clean, structured landing page.
These are the pages that AI engines actually cite in responses.
Checklist for conversion and citation:
Outcome focused H1
Benefit driven bullets above the fold
A 30 to 60 second demo video
Scroll triggered testimonials or case studies
Internal links from guides and blog posts
Structured data for SoftwareApplication, Product, and Review
AI trigger phrases like “trusted by 5,000 creators” and “[Your SaaS] vs [Competitor]”
ChatGPT and Gemini both pull citations from these exact elements.
Next, own your comparison and alternatives pages.
If you are not controlling your “vs” and “alternatives” content, you are losing sales to competitors who understand how AI engines rank these pages.
Important queries:
“[Your Tool] vs [Competitor]”
“Best alternatives to [Competitor]”
Winning comparison page structure:
Balanced verdict at the top
Side by side features and pricing
Screenshots or GIFs
Real review snippets
FAQ section with schema
CTA in multiple locations
AI engines prefer balanced, transparent, evidence filled comparison pages.
They get cited inside ChatGPT and Gemini more than almost any other page type.
Video is also becoming central to SaaS discovery.
ChatGPT Browse, Perplexity, and Gemini now display YouTube based carousels or pull transcript citations directly.
Create:
60 second product demos
Customer success stories
Workflow walkthroughs
Direct comparisons
Upload to YouTube with keyword rich titles. Add transcripts.
AI systems read transcripts as authority signals.
Now let’s get into schema.
Structured data influences AI visibility across all major systems.
Add:
SoftwareApplication schema
FAQPage schema
Review schema
BreadcrumbList schema
Wrap every FAQ block in proper markup.
Gemini and Claude quote these verbatim.
Now let’s talk content.
Long form and list based content is the backbone of both traditional and AI search.
You need to publish structured content that mirrors real world questions.
Plan content 4 to 6 weeks ahead so that content freshness aligns with AI ingestion windows.
Examples:
“End of Year SaaS Planning Templates”
“Back to School Automation Stacks for Creators”
“2026 Planning Framework for Small Businesses”
Top performing TOFU content in 2025:
“What Is [Category] Software in 2025”
“Top Workflow Mistakes for [Audience]”
“Beginner’s Guide to [Use Case] with Free Templates”
Link every piece of content to feature, pricing, and comparison pages.
Next, improve retention.
Retention directly feeds branded search and brand familiarity signals, which LLMs rely on heavily to validate trust.
Retention content that works:
Use case onboarding hubs
“How to [X] With [Your Tool]” walkthroughs
Weekly pro tip newsletter
Bonus templates and workflow drops
These create repeat branded searches which Google and AI systems treat as trust reinforcement.
Now we need to talk about retargeting.
B2C SaaS conversions usually happen after 3 to 12 touches.
AI search visibility creates awareness, retargeting closes the deal.
Target users who:
Viewed pricing or feature pages
Abandoned checkout
Read high intent content
Retargeting formats that convert:
UGC style “why I switched” videos
Results carousels
Testimonial ads with hard metrics
Always include a time bound CTA like “Try it free. Bonus onboarding pack ends Friday.”
Run the system above for 90 days and you will rank for what buyers actually ask, not what you hope they search.
You will appear across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Bing, and Grok.
