The third person we are proud to introduce is Srikanth Katuri, PhD.

Srikanth is Sr. Vice President and Global CIO at Omega Healthcare Management Services, where he leads technology strategy across operations in the United States, India, and the Philippines. An enterprise technology and risk executive, he advises boards on the intersection of technology risk, infrastructure resilience, and business continuity.

Dhruva grants infrastructure credits of significant value. Srikanth ensures that the startups receiving them have the organisational maturity to put them to work.

The Dhruva jury is independent by design.
The first person we are proud to introduce is Vinayak Godse.

Vinayak is the Chief Executive Officer of the Data Security Council of India, a nasscom initiative and India's national body for data security and privacy protection. He has spent 17+ years shaping how Indian organisations approach data governance, compliance, and security at a systemic level.

Any startup selected through Dhruva will be handling infrastructure at scale. Vinayak ensures that governance and data security readiness are evaluated with the same rigour as technical capability.

Dr.Lakshmi Jagannathan is CEO of the Innovation Center and Executive Vice President of the COMET Foundation at IIIT Bangalore. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and institution building, with a focus on creating impact that scales.

Her cross-sector perspective ensures that Dhruva evaluations go beyond what a startup claims to what it can actually deliver.
