Or... he is deliberately doing this to sabotage the operation. I say that only because how can someone be so wrong so often.

@baroncoleman For being a weapons expert he sure does seem to shot himself in the foot a lot. Dunning-Kruger in full force. Looking at who/what is pulling the strings here, a common thread is some real low level operatives.
