My wife still can't get into her account. This woman, @Eliza_beth_Du, stole her account, used my wife's profile picture for a while, but changed it to a different picture after my recent post calling her out. Someone please help!

@Eliza_beth_Du This person hacked my wife's Twitter account! The picture is of my wife, but her username and password were changed by someone from Lithuania! @TwitterSupport please help! My wife has tried to solve this problem through Twitter customer support, but it has not worked.
