@UberEats Supposed 20 minute delivery on an order to turn into an hour for the driver to pick up the food and then cancel on me and I cannot even report it because this option is missing from the AI. I was refunded but it’s a total waste of time and probable theft from courier.

@UWVnl ik zit vast op het versturen van de aanvraag. De website gaf een error melding en nu als ik op versturen klik, staat er dat de aanvraag al verstuurd is, maar ik heb daar geen bevestiging of iets dergelijks van ontvangen. Hoe weet ik nu zeker dat het allemaal gelukt is?
