The *author* of the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment, Senator Jacob Howard, literally explained during the debates that it would obviously not apply to illegal aliens or foreigners not allegiant to the United States…
It was for the children of former slaves.
We can't rule them, because that's colonization. If we don't feed them, it's murder. Nietzsche himself could not have ever foreseen this level of "white guilt" and slave morality.
WAIT WAIT WAIT...
So the Supreme Court basically ruled that ANYONE, from ANYWHERE, who came into the country by ANY MEANS...
...can have a baby in the United States and that baby is automatically an American citizen????
What are we even doing here?
That is obviously insane.
@LaurieFleming@DrCatharineY In the world of science, making a strong definitive claim without providing any supportive evidence suggests you are an imbecile.
“We can’t move on, 20 million people are dead.”
Matt Ridley says most people just want to move on from COVID.
But if we want to stop it from happening again, we can’t.
“It’s a gigantic scandal.”
“Most of the world wants to say, ‘Well, yeah, probably a lab leak, but move on.’”
“A technology has just demonstrated to every terrorist on the planet that this is a really good way of bringing the world economy to its knees.”
“This is not an academic exercise where we want to know why people died.”
“This is something where we need to make sure it doesn’t happen again.”
@mattwridley
Thanks, Ryan. The problem with the hockeystick method is twofold, and it's nothing to do with the 15th century.
First, the method that they used mines actively for hockeysticks and will create them out of random red noise. I detail this in the analysis below, with examples and information so you can try it yourself.
https://t.co/DPgoWR9BfJ
This is made worse by the inclusion of datasets that are known to be contaminated and are recognized as such. These are the Greybill Pines and the Tiljander data. I break out and examine those datasets in my analysis below.
https://t.co/ZHJbaPkpWk
When you combine those two problems, you are GUARANTEED a hockeystick … which will be meaningless.
Now, I wrote the two above posts. If you think anything in them is wrong, I invite you to QUOTE it and SHOW us why it's wrong. That's what scientists do.
Or, you could just continue waving your hands, calling me names, trying to change the subject, and avoiding discussing the actual issues I raised.
Your choice.

Think about how many institutions are now permanently discredited as a result of lying about the safety and efficacy of vaccines:
• WHO, UN, IMF, WTO, World Bank, NATO
• HHS, NIH, FDA, CDC, CIA, Dept. of War
• All major medical associations
• 3,000 colleges & universities
• All mainstream media outlets
• The governments of all developed countries.
The ruling class is engaged in biological and chemical warfare against humanity. The Trump administration and the bougie technocrats are its enthusiastic enablers.
@ThomasSowell Maybe stolen elections are also disruptive?
Maybe a Civil War is also disruptive?
I suggest secure elections is perhaps the LEAST disruptive path forward?
@besttrousers Nonsense. Complete and utter nonsense.
A model based on bogus assumptions is just noise.
There is ZERO obligations to refute noise with a better model.
Just tune out the liars, fraudsters, and lamestream media.
IT'S REAL BAD.
The British government just came with a new bill that could throw parents 5 years in jail if they try to stop their child from wanting to change gender.
I had a look at what the new "Conversion Practices Bill" says.
And it's WAY WORSE than you think.
Any "conduct" from a parent toward their child that causes the child to "believe that they have or do not have" a "particular" identity will be in violation of what they call "conversion practice".
In other words, if the parents tell their child that they are either male or female and the parent is using what they call "coercive words" which causes what they define as "serious alarm" to the child that has a "substantial adverse effect" on the child's day to day activities, this could then be enough to put a parent 5 years in prison.
PLUS an UNLIMITED FINE.
Years in prison and a limitless fine, where do they even come up with this?
You just know that the activists will use this law to persecute and throw any parent in prison who is in opposition of woke gender ideology.
The state wants to take away parenting rights from the parents and have full control over children.
This comes just days after Britain restarted trials where they will give puberty blockers to children as young as 11.
Britain is turning into a truly evil country at this point.
This goes against all human rights.
Before the weekend ends and America moves on to the next headline, we need to pause and look at a story that matters more than almost any other—the collapse of Venezuela, and what it warns us about if the last democratic superpower ever falls the same way.
This didn’t happen overnight. It happened step by step, over one generation.
VENEZUELA: HOW A PROSPEROUS NATION COLLAPSED
1992
Venezuela is the 3rd richest country in the Western Hemisphere, powered by oil and a growing middle class.
1997
Venezuelans become the 2nd largest buyers of Ford F-150s—a sign of widespread prosperity.
1998
Hugo Chávez is elected, promising to “redistribute wealth” and fix inequality.
2001
The country votes again for socialism, framed as compassion and fairness.
2003
The government imposes price controls and currency controls.
Black markets appear. Shortages begin.
2004
Private healthcare is fully socialized.
2006
Inflation rises sharply as massive welfare programs expand without real economic backing.
2007
All higher education becomes “free.”
2008
Key industries—oil services, steel, cement, telecom—are nationalized.
Production drops almost immediately.
2009
Private gun ownership is banned.
2010
The currency is devalued by 50%, crushing savings and accelerating inflation.
2011
Oil production begins a steady decline due to mismanagement and lack of investment.
2012
American politicians, like Bernie Sanders, publicly praise Venezuela’s model.
2013
Chávez dies. Nicolás Maduro takes power and tightens state control.
2014
Opposition leaders are arrested or silenced.
2015
GDP collapses. Hyperinflation begins.
2016
Severe food and medical shortages spread nationwide.
2017
The constitution is suspended. Elections are no longer meaningful.
2018
Inflation exceeds 1,000,000%. Maduro “wins” a widely fraudulent election.
2019
Unarmed civilians are killed by their own government.
2020
More than 8 million people flee the country to escape hunger and repression.
2023
Minor economic improvements fail to relieve mass poverty.
2024
Disputed elections trigger protests and global isolation.
2026
Maduro is removed by force. Venezuela is liberated after decades of ruin.
THE HARD TRUTH
It took one generation of “progressive” leadership to turn one of the richest countries on Earth into a nation defined by hunger, fear, mass graves, and mass migration.
This is the lesson history keeps teaching:
You can vote your way into socialism.
But history shows people only escape it through collapse, violence, or foreign intervention.
And here is the part Americans must understand clearly:
If this happens in the United States, there will be nobody coming to save us.
No outside superpower.
No rescue force.
No second chance.
Freedom is fragile. Prosperity is not guaranteed.
And once lost, they are brutally hard to recover.
Venezuela’s people paid the price.
America cannot afford to learn this lesson the same way.
Eminent Historian David Starkey says….
“He thinks the UK is at the stage of the equivalent of Charles the first or the reign of James the second”
“We are a state which has turned against its people, a state which has become the principal danger to the survival of the nation.”
UK police officer Luke Salmons attended a mandatory DEI training where external trainers literally walked around the room chanting ‘Islam is a religion of peace’ for several minutes. He asked sincere questions about Gaza and jihad. A Muslim sergeant invited him for coffee afterward. Two days later a fellow officer photographed a book in his locker and reported him. His inspector pulled him aside and told him ‘I don’t like your beliefs’ and suspended him. Eight months of investigation. Gross misconduct charge. Career destroyed. He fought back, won his appeal, won a settlement, and still never got his job back. Christians are being purged from public service in Britain for asking questions
