Veritus is reinventing loan servicing and collections with AI-powered voice agents that handle the entire process end to end. Their system manages inbound and outbound calls, keeps context across SMS, email, and chat, negotiates repayment plans, processes payments, and automates follow-ups—fully compliant, always available, and dramatically more cost-effective than human teams.

The market is enormous: $4T in annual U.S. credit originations, $18T outstanding loans, and $400B in delinquent debt. Today, outreach is still dominated by manual phone and mail processes. Veritus replaces this with scalable software that improves recovery rates while cutting costs.

Their model combines SaaS licensing for lenders, fintechs, and servicers with plans to operate as a licensed collections agency nationwide, creating both recurring revenue and direct upside.
