@Flipkart very unhappy with customer support. Wrong mattress size was delivered. Unable to process return because system does not show as delivered. Customer Support gives scripted response and unable to solve. It’s been 7+ days!

Too much bureaucracy and inaction. Meanwhile I am stuck with a oversized mattress hanging on the bed and my 80 year old father has fallen twice already!

@flipkartsupport I am curious what should patience mean for a person who has been dealing with the delivery of mattress of incorrect size. It’s been 9 days and still no resolution @Flipkart. I want my money back and I will donate the mattress. I cannot be put on hold forever.

@flipkartsupport What I don’t understand is that I am telling you I have received the mattress. Wakefit has the status as delivered but Flipkart with its broken system is not able to set the status as delivered so I can proceed with the return of the oversized mattress that was delivered to me.

@flipkartsupport I have received a false update that that issue has been resolved. The website still shows the mattress as shipped and not delivered.

@flipkartsupport 24 hours later and the issue is still not resolved. Very disappointing service. For no fault of mine I am stuck with an oversized mattress and the logistics team is not able to mark the mattress as delivered so I can process the return.
