Hello Meta Support,
I want to report a serious issue with the Meta Verified Max offer shown to me on Instagram.

At the time I was subscribing, the checkout screen clearly displayed “1-month free” and “Trial benefit”, while ₹18,900/month was shown as the crossed-out price. Based on this information, I understood that the first month was free.
However, I was charged ₹18,900 immediately through Google Play.
I have a screenshot/photo of the exact offer screen that was displayed to me at the time of purchase, and I can provide it as evidence.
Purchase details:
Product: Meta Verified Max – 1 month
Amount charged: ₹18,900
Date: 24 September 2026
Google Play Order ID: GPA.3341-7671-1553-29299
I have already contacted Google Play, but the automated refund request was rejected. Google Play advised me to contact the developer, and Meta Support previously advised me that because the payment was processed through Google Play, I should contact Google.
I am therefore asking Meta to investigate the “1-month free / Trial benefit” offer shown at checkout and confirm why ₹18,900 was charged immediately.
Please escalate this to the appropriate billing/Meta Verified team and help me obtain a full refund.
I am attaching the screenshot of the offer as evidence.
