@AklTransport I live out by Henderson. I have just seen that the rail closures have been extended to the 1st of Feb. That's around 6 weeks with no trains and very little notice. Surely you have some standards around this you're meant to follow. @GreaterAKL

@KiwibankNZ Hey. I was on hold for over an hour. Then: "sorry there has been a system problem" and disconnected. The only option is to call back as I no way to get a callback. Only rang as I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for a response to an email. Seriously not good enough

@nzpost who do I complain to about your box lobbies. They are unstaffed when they are meant, from 6am to 10am. Got there at 6.45 and still no one there. Also the amount of times I have had parcels but no card in my box.
