@degochiyakuri I sand a lot of pla (mostly esun) but I always use this 3M paper (but any HIGH quality paper seems to work ). If you have good sandpaper the pla rolls up into balls so it doesn't clog the sandpaper, there is also Polymaker CosPla which is made to be sanded.
Harmonic oscillation in a levitated water drop
Ultrasonic standing waves levitate a water droplet and flatten it into a disk. Modulating the sound at its resonance frequency excites harmonic shape modes creating rotating "star drops"
@shenanigans3d Looking forward to seeing it in action!
Tip: flush the mixer with one of the parts of silicone then it won't harden and you can use it again later (especially if you store it in the fridge)
I've never had something not stick this much (45a tpe) I tried all the sprays and nano coatings. I even printed a layer of petg first to see if that works but no.
The solution ended up being good old fashioned scotch tape.....
@VAT_Engineering I wish! This machine uses an old version of cure so it's wall/infill order is super chaotic. I'm working on making a good orca slicer profile for it but the hopper/screw/nozzle temp settings have to be controlled separately and that is making it a bit harder.
